Seller Terms and Conditions
MARKETPLACE SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicability: All registered merchants and vendors operating on Sashroye.com.bd.
Welcome to Sashroye Bangladesh. By registering as a Seller on our digital marketplace, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before launching your shop.
1. Account Registration and Verification
Eligibility: To become an authorized seller, merchants must provide valid business details, including a National ID (NID), Trade License (if applicable), and active operational contact numbers.
Accuracy: The seller guarantees that all information provided during registration is accurate, up-to-date, and authentic.
2. Listing and Product Compliance
Content Accuracy: Sellers are solely responsible for the images, pricing, stock levels, and descriptions of the items they list. Listings must not contain misleading or fraudulent information.
Prohibited Goods: Selling counterfeit items, replica brands, expired goods, or any products restricted by the laws of Bangladesh is strictly prohibited. Infringement will lead to immediate store deactivation.
3. Order Fulfillment and Service Standards
Fulfillment Window: Once a customer places an order, the seller must prepare and hand over the package to Sashroye’s designated logistics partner within the platform's specified timeframe.
Quality Assurance: Sellers must ensure that the exact product ordered by the customer is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Commission and Platform Fees
Service Fees: Sashroye reserves the right to charge a percentage-based commission or fixed platform fee on successful transactions. These fees will be clearly defined within the Seller Panel.
Tax Compliance: Sellers are responsible for managing their own business taxes, VAT, or duties as required under the regulations of the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh.
5. Customer Returns and Refunds
Policy Agreement: Sellers agree to honor the platform’s customer return and refund policies. If a product is returned due to damage, wrong item, or defect, the seller will bear the return liabilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Platform Role: Sashroye acts as a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. While we facilitate secure commerce, we are not liable for direct disputes regarding product warranties or individual merchant services.
