Effective Date: May 2026.
Applicability: All registered merchants, brands, and vendors on Sashroye.com.bd
Voluntary Withdrawal: Any registered seller has the right to withdraw their business from Sashroye and terminate their merchant agreement at any time, subject to a prior notice period (e.g., 14 to 30 business days).
Pending Orders: Before initiating the withdrawal process, the seller must clear, fulfill, and deliver all active and pending consumer orders. Account deactivation will remain on hold until all open orders are successfully closed.
Final Settlement: Upon receiving a formal withdrawal request, Sashroye will process the final payout. Any outstanding balance or revenue owed to the seller will be disbursed after deducting applicable platform fees, commissions, or returns/refund adjustments.
Escrow Hold: Sashroye reserves the right to hold a reasonable security amount for a temporary period (e.g., 15-30 days) after account closure to cover potential customer return or refund claims under consumer law.
Data Discontinuation: Once the withdrawal request is approved, Sashroye will immediately delist and remove all product catalog data associated with the seller from the public marketplace.
Post-Termination: Following successful withdrawal, Sashroye will cease the use of the seller's trademarks, logos, and brand assets on the platform, except where required for legal, historical transaction, or tax record-keeping purposes.
